- 90g (± 6 tablespoons) ACE Cream of Maize
- 200ml Cold Water
- 200ml boiling water
- Measure ACE Cream of Maize into a mixing bowl.
- Stir 200 ml cold water into the ACE Cream of Maize to make a paste.
- Bring another 200 ml water to boil in a pot.
- Slowly pour the paste into the boiling water, while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Keep stirring until mixture starts to thicken.
- Turn heat down and simmer for 3 – 4 minutes.
