Ingredients:

  • 90g (± 6 tablespoons) ACE Cream of Maize
  • 200ml Cold Water
  • 200ml boiling water

Method:

  1. Measure ACE Cream of Maize into a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir 200 ml cold water into the ACE Cream of Maize to make a paste.
  3. Bring another 200 ml water to boil in a pot.
  4. Slowly pour the paste into the boiling water, while stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Keep stirring until mixture starts to thicken.
  6. Turn heat down and simmer for 3 – 4 minutes.
