- 500g Ace Samp
- 1.5L cold water
- Salt to taste
- Soak ACE Samp in water overnight.
- Drain off water, then rinse with cold water.
- Cover ACE Samp with fresh boiling water.
- Bring to the boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally with a fork. Add extra water if required
- Cook until soft and most water is absorbed.
