Ingredients:

  • 500g Ace Samp
  • 1.5L cold water
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Soak ACE Samp in water overnight.
  2. Drain off water, then rinse with cold water.
  3. Cover ACE Samp with fresh boiling water.
  4. Bring to the boil.
  5. Lower heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally with a fork. Add extra water if required
  6. Cook until soft and most water is absorbed.
