How To Make Soft Porridge with Ace Super Maize Meal
Ingredients
- 300g (2Cups) ACE Super Maize Meal
- 1.1L (4 and1/2 cups) cold water
- 1.1L (4 and 1/2 cups) boiling water
- *2 cups = 5 cups
Method
- Measure ACE Super Maize Meal into a mixing bowl
- Stir 1.1L (4 & 1/2 cups) cold water into the ACE Super Maize Meal to make paste
- Bring another 1.1L(4 & 1/2 cups) water to boil in a pot
- Slowly pour the paste into boiling water, while stirring to avoid lumps
- Keep stirring until mixture starts to thicken
- Turn heat down and simmer for 20-25 minutes
