Tart assembly

  1. In a flat glass bowl – oval, round or square in shape, press a layer of the cooked pap in the bottom and along the sides of the bowl to create a “crust” or tart base
  2. Add the spiral of cooked boerewors with the chakalaka gravy
  3. Add a layer of pap to cover the spiral of cooked boerewors with the chakalaka gravy
  4. Add the remaining grated cheese on top
