Quick Cook Super Maize Meal Pap

Stove 

1. Bring water to boil
2. Add salt and ACE Quick Cook Maize Meal
3. Mix with fork to avoid lumps
4. Once blended, mix with a strong spoon
5. Turn heat to medium and cook with lid on for 5 minutes until desired texture is reached, stirring occasionally

Microwave 

1. Blend the salt, maize meal and water, using a fork to prevent lumps
2. Place in the microwave and cook for 3-4 minutes on high power, stirring the maize meal after 1.5-2 minutes before cooking further
3. Remove from microwave and stir
4. Cook on medium low (40%) for further 4-5 minutes, if required
